Feeling blue - blueberry muffins 🫐

Soooo…… COVID caught me back in mid June and I decided to make this Swiss roll for our 8 year anniversary (which turned out to be the day that we got engaged!!) and the worst symptom I had from COVID was, I couldn’t taste or smell anything for weeks… but I trusted my fiancé’s word and flatmate when they said it was oh-so-delicious!

Chocolate raspberry (one pot!) brownies 🫰🏽 I used @goodnesskitchennz for the raspberries for ultimate ease and it’s also pocket friendly, and @whittakersnz dark 50%, tried and true for all my chocolate baking needs. Give this recipe a GO, you’ll have zero regrets 🤍
